I like to think of my baked goods as "healthy-ish" and that varies by recipe. Something might contain as many healthy ingredients (like fruit or nuts) as I can pack in, something might be gluten-free/dairy-free/sugar-free, or something might just be low-gluten/dairy/sugar.
One thing I absolutely never do is cook with vegetable or seed oils; all of my recipes are either made with butter or EVOO (extra virgin olive oil), which is naturally anti-inflammatory and happens to make cake ultra-rich.
I hope you enjoy my healthy-ish recipes as much as I (and my family) do. I only share recipes that are so loved that they have become part of our repertoire, so they are tried and true.
